Your request shows the car, the budget and where you live only. Dealers never get your contact details: they write to you through GenkiCars. Before a dealer can, GenkiCars checks:
- Company registration, with Japan's National Tax Agency
- Secondhand dealer licence
- Registered address
- A bank account in the company name, the only place you should pay
- A video call with a named manager
